Delete your account
You can close your FAR Training account at any time. This page explains how to ask for it and exactly what gets removed.
How to ask
Send us a message from the email address registered on the account, asking for the account to be deleted. We confirm the request, then complete the deletion within 30 days.
If you write from a different address we will ask you to prove the account is yours, because otherwise anyone could close someone else's account.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: display name, handle, photo, body metrics, and personal records.
- Your training history: completed sessions, phase progress, streak, XP, and challenge results.
- Your proof videos and the comments attached to them.
- Your posts, comments, and reactions in the feed.
- Your messages with your coach and your membership of their organisation.
What we keep, and why
- Records we are legally required to retain, such as payment and tax records, for as long as the law says.
- Server logs holding your IP address, until they roll off on their own within 90 days.
- Aggregate counts that carry no personal data, for example the number of athletes who finished a program.
This cannot be undone
Deletion is permanent. There is no restore, and starting again means starting from the first phase. Export anything you want to keep before you write to us.
