No track to follow
You jump from exercise to exercise with nothing behind the order. Nothing tells you what comes before, and nothing tells you what comes next.
Beta Gymnastics & calisthenics · FAR Method
FAR Training lays gymnastics and calisthenics out as a track of phases. Short daily missions, four lines climbing in parallel, and a test at the end of each phase you either pass or repeat.
The problem
You train and train and you still cannot tell whether you are closer to your first Toes to Bar or going in circles. Gymnastics does not move on motivation. It moves on a clear order and proof you got past it.
01
You jump from exercise to exercise with nothing behind the order. Nothing tells you what comes before, and nothing tells you what comes next.
02
There is no way to tell whether this week beats last month. Without a pass mark, progress is a feeling.
03
Motivation runs out before the technique arrives. You put in weeks and quit just short of the movement.
How it works
Four steps and one track: a path you can actually walk every day.
1
Start with one movement. Six programs are live across gymnastics and calisthenics, each its own track. Train the one that pulls you, at your pace.
2
Each phase opens daily missions with the exact dose for the day: sets, rest, and how to execute. Four lines (Terra, Pulldown, Barra, Dinamico) climb together, one colour per day.
3
At the end of a phase there is one criterion: hold the seconds or repeat the week. You mark it yourself. Nobody is checking, which is exactly why passing means something.
4
Your level is different in each movement. The Roadmap puts every track in one place, shows the next target, and counts what you have done: phases, checkpoints, PRs.
Programs
Each program is a full track, from where you are now to the movement itself. Written by a coach, not scraped into a list of exercises.
Four lines (Terra, Pulldown, Barra, Dinamico) climb in parallel from a hollow hold to your first Toes to Bar.
8 phases Gymnastics
You have one. Now string them together: rhythm, hip drive and the kip that survives a set.
5 phases Gymnastics
Arch and hollow on the bar until the swing turns into a pull up you can repeat.
2 phases Gymnastics
The same kip, higher. Pull deeper, keep the timing, get your chest to the bar.
2 phases Gymnastics
Nine phases from your first strict pull up to ten reps, through scapular work, negatives and holds. Bring one strict rep with you.
9 phases Calisthenics
Compression, hip flexors and core, built up until the full L-Sit holds.

Beyond the board
Everything below ships in the app today. Most of it pays XP, and all of it runs on the same honor system as the phase tests.
A 10 minute EMOM ladder over four moves: push ups, strict pull ups, air squats and v-ups. Clear a level, climb. Levels stay gated until you get there, and you record your own result.
15 XP a levelCounted in UTC days. Three freezes cover the days you miss, and each one grows back over a week. The streak bonus steps up every 10 days and dies with the streak.
One plank challenge, every day.
5 XPShort circuits when the track alone is not enough.
5 XPFive, ten or fifteen minutes, guided.
5 XPFour boards: XP, streak, movements and PRs. Every number is self-reported, so fair play is what keeps the ranking real.
Posts, likes and comments. Hit a streak milestone, a PR or a phase test and it lands in the feed on its own.
Nine to collect.
Every movement in the catalog, with how to do it.
Log your PRs and watch the numbers move.

Why FAR
You mark your own tests. No video review, no judge, nobody ticking boxes for you. Fair play is what keeps the ranking worth reading.
Every phase has a pass mark. You hold the 20 seconds or you repeat the week. You always know where you stand.
A bar, a couple of bands and your bodyweight. Train wherever you are, without machines or a membership.
Sessions run 10 minutes at most. Built to survive months, not to wreck you on a Saturday.
For coaches
Your athletes join with a code. From then on you see the roster, who is slipping, and what to send them.
